At Karen Wright Salon appointments are very important to us.
Our booking & cancellation polices are to provide better and more efficient service to all our clients.

​​​Bookings & Deposits

A £30 deposit is required when booking any future hair appointments at the Karen Wright Salon. ​

Your deposit is only refundable if notice of cancellation is received 48 hours before your hair appointment. 

​In the event that no deposit has been paid to secure an appointment, we reserve the right to release your time slot to another client.



Cancellation Policy

​Time is important to everyone. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a full loss of your deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail.

Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” Any appointment that is cancelled without the requested 48 hours notice may also be considered under this policy.

Late Arrival Policy

We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honoured only at salon discretion.

Please note: There will be a £15 charge if you are more than 15 minutes late.
